Ha ha ha ha, panel four has me laughing myself silly (and getting dirty looks from my boys) – Lupin is so happy and poor Elvis is gobsmacked. And poor Pucky, so excited and then he takes a picture of himself :) Don’t worry Puck, we’ve all done that.

Our kitties are less than fond of the Mailman. We have a mail slot, and almost every day that darn Mailman makes it go CLANK!! and startle the poor cats. Nice mail’s here alert, but not so much when the cat who WAS dozing on my lap is startled into claws out flight…

To answer Puck’s question in panel three, I’d have to say, “Yes, I believe that they are seeing this.”

I love Puck’s, “Oh, whiskers,” and especially the accompanying expression.

Just as well Puck took a picture of himself. Shooting flash thru a window pane will just get him a picture of the flash reflection. Maybe he should mount another expedition in summer when the window is up; he would get a slightly better photo thru the screen. Or enlist Tommy to lurk outside with the camera.

Nope, I saw someone dressed warmly with a great handbag and some mail in her hand. could have been someone dropping off invitations to a Valentine’s day party or something. It couldn’t have been a “mailman” since there was no official logo on the coat. I rest your case, Elvis.

Don’t be too hard on yourself Puck. We’ve all goofed up from time to time. I think the faces on Elvis and Lupin say that they saw the Mailman. And judging by how the Mailman is bundled up, it must be similar conditions around the Big Pink House as they are around my house. Smurfing COLD!

I don’t think Lupin and Elvis saw it. I think they are reacting to pucks news that the mailman had arrived.

Barney gradually continues to improve. Ate a considerable amount this morning. It’ll be warm enough here on Thursday that I think, by early afternoon, he’ll stand a reasonable chance of surviving going outside the house. Appointment with his vet at 2 PM on the 18th. Please maintain orb-consciousness for him. It seems to be working.

Well, dear orbsters, little Allie has gone home! Keeping the phone by me if Sis needs to talk. Again, THANK YOU! Allie went in peace & love. The vet was so moved she hugged Sis & will see that Allie’s ashes will be buried very close, our family. All will be well. You are all gracious & compassionate friends! Blessings! >^.,.^<

Hi Orbsters! Came home Friday afternoon only to find out that I have no internet access cuz our fiber optic cable line shorted-out and cable repairmen will repair “as soon as they can”. So since I’m at work today, I’m finally able to view BCN! First of all, wanted to send prayers and warm thoughts to all my fellow Orbsters and their furbabies who have been going through much hardship both physically and mentally. And wanted to say have fun with commenting (although I can see you all have been from the past couple days of comments!) for the next week and a half and sorry I won’t be joining in with you. I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow so hope to join in again when I return! Take care Everyone!
