If you girls really want to feel alive….maybe you should’ve ordered craisins for your salad. I mean, who does that ;-) ???-Or, for only those who dare go against the grain…..ask for the Chef’s Special….even if the Chef hasn’t finished eating it……--if you are really feeling the need for thrills, you can always use the wrong size cutlery, or at the very least, hold them wrong…-And if you’re a real thrill seeker, give Ox a tip….of your hat. And don’t forget to give him a friendly smile, replete with lettuce and shredded cheese bits. That way, you can let him know you really did take the time to enjoy those salads, and then don’t forget to leave the bus boy an extra puddle of spilled water to clean up. That way, he won’t be so bored, all day.-And after all that, to top it all off, it’s on to the library, for the ultimate in rebellion….after all, those books with only two days left on the return date, aren’t going to return themselves!

oh, ice tea …. another high cause of kidney stones! Black Tea is high in oxalates too, and the popularity of ice tea is one reason there’s a swath through the South / SouthEast U.S. that doctors refer to as the “kidney Stone Belt”. I really miss drinking tea … I grew up with preferring it to coffee. Now I have to limit myself ..one cup of tea in the morning to get me started ( probably shouldn’t even have that!). Now I have to drink lemonade instead. A couple water bottles of it a day. The citrate helps counter the oxalates in your system, combining with calcium to prevent the oxalate binding with it to form stones.

The Brits finally realized that the European Union, with its “open borders” philosophy has diluted jolly old England into a new headquarters for the middle east. That’s why the vote was so close.

Scotland did, but since it is not an independent country it must go w the majority unless it next votes to have independence from Britain. I am wondering if Northern Ireland might choose that route eventually, too.
