What happened to me showin’ them the Intel Core Extreme Edition i7-3960X Six-Core Socket LGA2011, 3.30Ghz, 15MB L3 Cache, 32nm, CPU that goes nice with the Asus Rampage IV Gene Motherboard, with 16 GB DDR 3 (4×4GB) RAM, a nice Asus EAH6950 2GB (5000Mhz) GDDR5 Dual DVI/4xDisply Port PCI-Express 2.1 Graphics Card, 2 harddrives, with 2 Seagate 2 terabyte 7200RPM Harddrives, the 750 watt ULTRA modular power supply, the Termaltake T10 case, and the Asus VG278H 27" 3D 120Hz LED Monitor, with 1920×1080 resolution, 2ms response time, and a 50,000,000:1 contrast ratio?!

I want to watch Toby’s brain fry, while he tries to decide which comes first — food or a new toy…

burleigh2 – the CPU alone, is $1,199 (CAD), the board $249, RAM is $70, HDDs are $300, video card is $159, the case is $700, power supply $200, monitor is $700. Total before taxes $3507 (give or take a few hundred dollars.)

I guess burleigh2 isn’t getting a new computer! Just wait a month and the next model will have twice the featurea at half the price.
