I’ll bet they’re all going to…(wait for it)…CATalina! Haw haw haw yes I’ll see myself out

What? They have no carry-on luggage?

Such a thought has crossed my mind. On a flight from Florida to California we flew Halloween night. This was 2011. The airport was nearly empty we were two of only about a dozen passengers. Everyone was afraid to fly especially on Halloween. So we were told we could sit anywhere and sleep across the seats. They passed out candy and it was lights out for several hours. An amazing flight.

We flew a redeye from San Francisco to Milwaukee a long time ago. Earlier that day, the Northwest pilot strike had been settled, so ours was one of the very first flights to resume operating. My wife and I were literally the only passengers on the flight.

This uncomfortably reminds me of the 2018 incident when United insisted a passenger’s dog be put in the overhead bin. :(

If you travel by train, those compartments are caledl “sleepers”.

You could just curl up on the seat. And you’d have a cushion.

That’ll cost mew money.

My first thought was – but cats love looking out the window. Then I realized, you’re not likely to see birds or squirrels while in flight.

I’ll take that flight. Way better than the ones with the crazy people.

They are going to the mountains in Upstate New York. You know, the Cat-skills.

I always thought bunk beds in airlines would be a good idea. No complaints about leg room and fidgety neighbors. PLus you can sleep through the flight.
