Taylor Greene isn’t getting a shot because ‘nobody can tell a woman what to do with her own body’. Remember though that she is against abortions. Hmmm?
Already a republican senator – Wicker – tried to take credit for the restaurant amendment but still didn’t vote for the ARP. No honor. No scruples. “Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) on Wednesday applauded a portion of the American Rescue Plan that provides relief for restaurants after he voted against the COVID-19 relief bill as a whole.
Wicker in a tweet celebrated that Congress approved a $28.6 billion grant program for the restaurant and bar industry as part of the $1.9 trillion relief bill. He and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) proposed an amendment including the funding." – https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/542663-gop-senator-applauds-restaurant-stimulus-money-after-voting-against-relief
I thought of what Biden should have done: Districts and states whose representatives and senators vote against the bill don’t receive the money. Apparently it’s what what their voters want.
Though I really can’t fault (too much) Mr. Arial’s use of a Norman Rockwell painting to make his point – it does sadden me somewhat, I would prefer my youthful memories not be sullied in such a way.
Did you all see how fast many GOP congressmen were touting the benefits their constituents were about to receive yesterday afternoon? They will be campaigning on how well the economy is doing in 2022, and how quickly the vaccine was developed then distributed. Just watch them take all the credit! Hypocrisy has no moral boundaries!

Come 2022, Republicans will likely take it in the rear, unless their efforts to disenfranchise and block voting is successful.

Joe, on that patient use a bigly and rusty needle – for the rest of us a very clean and very, very thin one.
