The things that bothers me about house flippers is (1) what are they covering up?, (2) did they abate any mold and asbestos?, (3) did they waterproof the wet areas of the house – bath, laundry room, etc?….the list goes on. I looked at two flipper houses the last time I was looking to buy. They were in gawd-awful condition even though they were supposed to be totally finished and ready for sell.
