Yes, we have to be concerned with the pain felt by the fetus. The pain felt by the woman doesn’t matter.

1. The average length of human gestation is 280 days, or 40 weeks, from the first day of the woman’s last menstrual period. That’s 40 weeks, not 20 weeks.

2. Infanticide definition: The killing of a child within one year of birth. A key word is birth. Infanticide is only possible if the infant has been born.

While medicine has improved to save some fetuses at 20 weeks, but it is still not common. Medical science also tells us that fetuses do NOT feel pain at 20 weeks because their nervous system is not developed enough until the third trimester.

Let me be clear, if I were producing nazi propaganda you would throwing up at my characterization of the Jews.

The GOP won’t pass a clean Dream Act, translation the Republicans support tearing families apart. Federal courts have defined critical legal rights for women, translation the Republicans want women to have to suffer dangerous healthcare. Republicans proposed legislation to stop abortion after 20 weeks, translation even in control of every branch of government, the GOP can not legislate, lead or get out of it’s own way.
