One computer per five people? What a concept! In our family we have five computers for four people, and if I have my way it’ll soon be six!♪♫ All I want for Christmas … ♫♪

Seven for the 2 of us … uh, that DOES sound like overkill, when put that way, doesn’t it … but they’re all useful, and we can now work anywhere…

We have eight computers in my house. My wife and I each have our own. Each of our four kids have their own. One in the home office and one for the grandkids.

The funny thing about this is … Greg didn’t ask me for anything other than a photo, to draw me from. However, Panel 1, is exactly what I say to someone, who says they want to buy a computer!..Greg – I want to thank you. Christmas is a tough time of year for me. In 2007, my friend, mentor and “papa”, died after a short fight with cancer. He died Christmas Eve. So every Christmas, I get a wee bit depressed. I try to hide it by joking and laughing … but it’s there. However, seeing my ugly mug up here has lifted me up quite a bit. Thank you for the Christmas Gift… you’re a good man!

We have 6 computers for 5 of us. 5 are laptops and one is a PC. Soon to be 7, as I got my daughter a “bells and whistles” laptop for Christmas for college.

@AllanVS: My beloved Mother had a massive stroke two days before last Christmas. She passed in January. I am also struggling to get in the spirit this year. Mom was our rock.

We have 3 computers for just the 2 of us. We wouldn’t want to be stuck in a room where we couldn’t update our Facebook page now, would we? That, and the cell phone which counts as a computer anymore.

widgetsx3 and Number Six – I am sorry for your losses gentlemen … the worst time of year to lose someone is in the Holidays (be it Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving etc.) [not that death is ever EASY…]. Thank you for sharing opening...Thanks to those who’ve said kind words. It means alot. Greg – check your email for the address.

1 computer for 7 of us, and then there’s my hubby’s laptop for school, so really about 2 for 8.

I feel sooooo underdressed. 1 person. 1 laptop, just for home. Though I do have a smartphone.
