Good one Ted. The sad truth is that the US, along with allies such as the UK and EU are complicit in the genocide. Israel will not stop the slaughter until every single member of Hamas is eliminated despite all of the collateral damage. Hamas cowardly uses the Palestimians as human shields. Both major parties in the US are guilty of giving the Israeli regime unconditional support with very few (like Senators Sanders and Warren along with some of the progressive members of the house squad) pointing out how this is morally corrupt.

What would make you happy, Ted? It looks like you feel people dying of hunger are preferable to feeding them.

Worse; the genocide in Palestine has shown us what Israel has become under Bloody Bibi.

I miss there being a strong, proactive, non-divisive, common sense, progressive party to counterbalance the emotional/irrational/combative center-right and extreme-right parties we have in the US currently.

The US firebombed Dresden and Hamburg and nuked Nagasaki and Hiroshima. What’s the problem?

Israel will never be able to eliminate Hamas as it is more of a movement than an organization (I doubt there are too many card carrying members) unless they carry out a true Final Solution. They may be able to kill most current Hamas fighters but the homeless (due to his home being bombed by the IDF) four year old whose older brother was killed by IDF will be just as anti-Israel when he is 16 as his late brother. When the US was attempting to “pacify” the Philippines after the Spanish-American War it was common policy to enter a hostile village and kill all males older than 4. There will be no two state solution as there is no way Israel will give up enough land to make a Palestinian state viable. Netanyahu even wants to eliminate the moderate Palestinian National Authority.

Ted is laser focused on running defense for Hamas. Ted fully supports the Hamas terrorists.

As I said, if we want Gazans to suffer less, we could stop paying Israel to kill them.

The Israelis have done to the Palestinian people what our white government did to the native Americans, so it’s no surprise that the Israelis get so much support from us. It’s an interesting contradiction though. The conservatives claim that they support Israel, yet the anti Semitic movement is almost exclusively far right white supremists.

Biden has made no excuses, is at odds with Netanyahu’s policies of settlements and war against the Palestinians, and has given humanitarian aid to the Palestinians. This comic ignores the facts and perpetuates fallacies.

While I can fully understand Biden’s unwillingness to invoke Executive Action (the precedent of it would be strong), I do wish Biden would somehow cut through the opposing voices and more strongly indicate the dual message of support broadly for Israel but NOT the support for Genocide of Gazans. If he would purposefully do this on a strong way it could go a long way for trying to fix this situation. He likely is doing this behind the scenes, but needs to make this more the public message too.

Rall’s comic feeds one of the opposing groups and fuels their rancor about Biden and others fuel the other side and keeps their rancor about Biden high as well.

Biden needs to CLARIFY his important INTERMEDIATE position as the one that will help BOTH factions, IMO.

Google “ A new poll released Tuesday finds a dramatic surge in Palestinian support for Hamas following last month’s Gaza war”. Remarkable.

Perhaps ironically, today the Biden administration abstained from vetoing a cease fire resolution, allowing it to pass the UN. That didn’t stop Biden from sending them some $14 billion in new military aid, preventing any aid from reaching Palestinians, and especially threatening to cut off all aid for Palestinians if the UN grants them with state or semi-state recognition

This cartoon is grossly offensive in its attitude. I suppose Mr. Rall supports the vicious Hamas actions of Oct. 7, and their cowering among (mostly) innocent civilians in Gaza, above and below ground? The Gazans should force Hamas (if they have the courage and morals) to give up their hostages; it is not worth thousands of Palestinian lives to prop up a vicious, cynical, subterranean and thuggish governing class.

Since Netanyahu has decided not to send the delegation this week to the White House because of Biden asking Israel not to carry out its attack on Rafah, all aid to Israel should stop now!!!!!!

Broad support should go to innocent citizens, especially children, on all sides, who start nothing but suffer the most.

Three things must be done immediately and simultaneously. There must be a ceasefire. All remaining hostages must be released. Humanitarian aid must flow in.

Then a proper future for Gaza can be worked out. That future would need to exclude Hamas.
