When I was still driving, one of my bumper stickers was of a picture of a dog, and the following sentiment:“ I don’t care who dies in a movie as long as the dog lives.”

Eh who takes their doggie deep sea fishing?

Nothing fishy here folks. You can move on.

And that’s all the news worth watching, folks.

Priorities.

Stands to reason they’d rescue the dog first – after all it wasn’t his choice to go with the fishermen, he just did what he was told.

A homeless man and his dog were hurt in a NYC subway. The transit authority got 10 times the number of calls asking about the dog than they did about the man.

Had a bumper sticker “The more I know about people, the more I love my dog”

Of course, only dogs get rescued.

Dogs get underfoot during rescue operations, so, baring imminent danger of loss of life, the dog gets taken off the boat first.

The dog wasn’t the one who forgot to bring spare fuel or check the weather report.

Breaking Dog News?

Makes sense. It needs the two fishermen to get the dog into the harness. They can secure themselves as long as they are conscious.

That’s the way to do it! Save the dog first
