He shouldn’t feel bad. I don’t have a podcast, I don’t subscribe to any podcasts, don’t have a Facebook account, an X (formerly Twitter) account, an Instagram account, Snapchat, or any of the other things people seem unable to be without today, and I seem to be doing okay.
He appears to be a fairly elderly man (like me) and a podcast would likely be of no use whatsoever because he wouldn’t be able to hear it – a bit like the telephone. Deafness is a hidden disability, so as often as not it is ignored.
