OWI and DWI are different names for effectively the same thing. I never understand why the mainly Protestant ‘Holiday’ haters prefer calling it after a Roman Catholic Mass rather than a reminder that it is a Holy Day.

“OWI” stands for “Operating While Intoxicated,” while “DUI” is “Driving Under the Influence.” Differing terms meaning pretty much the same thing.
