I spend a lot of time people watching while my wife shops but I don’t think I have ever looked down to see how their toes look. I have felt sorry for some peoples’ toes – like those wearing cruel shoes -but I don’t look at them. I guess we all have different ways of looking at other people.
I was officially “toe ready” for sandal-wearing weather last weekend. Our high on Easter Sunday was a beautiful 79 degrees (F) so I wore a dress for the day’s activities — which meant sandals! — so I had to give myself a pedicure for it.
It’s a pain doing that every few weeks throughout the spring, summer and fall until it’s too cold to wear anything except tennis shoes every day, but I do love the look of my prettily painted toenails, though, so it’s totally worth all the trouble I go through doing them! :-)
