Rumor has it Trump is leaving the party to make his own.

But only one site says it and can’t fully confirm it. Plus he’s been known to say he’ll do a lot of things and never do ’em.

AG James is abusing her power over her hate for President Trump showing clear bias when she campaigned by saying she would prosecute him if elected. The Judge is also clearly biased against President Trump claiming that Mar a Lago is only worth $18 – $27 million based on Palm Beach tax assessment which is not an indicator of the property’s market value which the County tax assessor verified. Mar a Lago comprises about 20 acres with building and other facilities. An unimproved vacant 2.3 acre lot near Mar a Lago is on the marker for $200 million. If you do the math, using local land prices Mar a Lago is easily worth over $1 billion and is probably closer to $1.5 billion. The Judge says that by using the $1 billion+ numbers to obtain favorable rates on bank loans was fraud. How’s that and where was the harm as the banks were paid back with interest and made money?

Look at it this way. If my property is assessed at $600,000 and I believe it’s worth more and put it on the market at $750,000, is that fraud? Both the banks and the buyer are obligated to do their own due diligence when assessing property. If I apply for a loan and use the $750,000 figure as assets the banks own rules and federal regulations requires them to make their own assessment then they either agree or come in with their own numbers regarding the value. In President Trumps case the banks did their own due diligence as required by law, so where was the fraud?
