i loved my old boss. i wasn’t so technically advance with all the fancy formulas in Excel, but I knew more than him so he left me alone as long as the work got done. and he knew what size the spreadsheet would come out as.

Yah gotta admire Danna’s “resolution”.

Rita is the epitome of the “Peter Principle"

If Dana made Rita 6 inches tall, then that spreadsheet would appear huge on her laptop.

When conversing with Rita, keep the conversation about people. She has difficulty stepping up to events or concepts. New hires to solve problems is one of her strengths. Right?
