“What are the Hydra and Cerberus?” was a correct response on Jeopardy yesterday? (I think it was a Daily Double question.)
According to a site I googled, the Category was Mythology and the clue was: “Typhon, a monster w/ 100 heads, was the father of these 2 monsters: a 9-headed water snake & 3-headed hellhound.”
Before I retired, the office I worked in had a security system named Cerberus. I passed it every day on the way to my desk. But I also passed it on the way out.
