Yes, and Congress should pass no laws infringing on free speech. However, private party platforms are not required to have full free speech allowance. Further, full free speech requires responsibility for what you say. So, while people like Trump are busy “free-speeching it up”, they should be held accountable for what they say and the outcomes from that free speech.
