My dog has killed and eaten voles and a smallrabbit but one taste of mole and she spit it out. Yeah, she’s fast and I am slow……..Vet said “That’s what dachshunds do.”
Guess it’s good to know my Doxie can fend for herself.
We had a mole problem when I was a boy (many long years ago.) Mom tried everything. water, stomping the tunnels shut, auto exhaust … on and on. At last, our resident cat got the idea and started killing moles and laying them out on the steps of our back porch. When he got done, mole problem solved. No more moles for as long as we lived there.
