Banning him over CRIMINAL speech is one thing, but they ban people all the time for just saying things that Big Brother, Inc. don’t like. Time to make it clear that section 230 does NOT protect them as they are making clear editorial decisions.

Wasn’t he launching his own, bigger, better, cheaper healthca-… I mean, social media platform?!

He still has Fox. OANN, Newsmax, WSJ, etc., etc., etc.

Over a hundred days of blissful silence…sigh.

Which leads me to wonder how many times he has to jiggle the golden toilet to get it to flush?

Trump is the victim here. He’s being silenced from telling the TRUTH. He’s being canceled by the deep state who don’t want you to hear the secrets he knows. It’s all a plot by the fake news media. This would not happen to someone on the radical left.

Ok, there was that little issue about the “incident” on January 6th and some other speech supporting heavily armed white supremacist “Patriots.” He’s not responsible for what happened with these special people who he says he loves.

It’s censorship, I tell you! He’s not being treated fairly. He doesn’t deserve this.

And, oh by the way. The election was stolen and he’s still president. Let me check the Q-Anon calendar for his next inauguration date. It will be a big one. Biggest in all history.

He and Pillow Man have started their own websites on which their lies and insanity can’t be silenced.

I didn’t like Nutter Butter Cup when he was pres and I really dislike even hearing about him now. However, there is a constitutionally guaranteed speech issue that must be resolved.

When a broadcast medium permits public comment from all sources but elects to censure comments because it disagrees with the source, that becomes illegal censorship and should be declared so and terminated.

After all, if that medium can block one person’s opinions without consequences, then it can block any person with whom it disagrees.

If one is going to open the door to the public without any restrictions as digital media has done, one has to expect to see all kinds of behavior and to be prepared to endure it so long as it lasts. If not, then choose another business.

Now we can only hope for CNN, NBC, and CBS to stop giving Trump free air time. No one wants to hear from that blowhard ex-president.

I checked the 1st Amendment. No where in there does it say you have a right to the internet.

Ah, yes. Banning speech of people with whom you disagree. A sure sign of a healthy democracy.

Seems Facebook is considering “loosening” it’s ban on Trump. Very bad idea.

The vicious idiot big lie republicans have decided to run racist Putin lover Trump in 2024 on the ‘election was stolen’ ticket. The insurrection is still on to turn the USA into a right wing dictatorship.

And yet, he’s still on the news casts.

There is no right under the 1st Amendment to incite to violence or insurrection – quite the opposite. There have for some years been prohibitions against irresponsible use of the right to free speech (the Brandenburg Test and the Federal Anti-Riot Act for instance). And I don’t think many have consistently been as irresponsible or pernicious as T Rump. We’ll just have to see whether Zuckerberg has any trace of principle in him.

Just wrap his head with duct tape.

Trump was never silenced. He was denied access to megaphones that private companies grant to well-behaved people. All the outrage from the GOP ignores these facts. Nonetheless, I enjoy the absence of his bombast.

Trump derangement syndrome must be a real thing, Trumps gone focus on Captain Pike stumbling and tripping his way through another few months as POTUS.

The U.S. Constitution guarantees T****’s right to say whatever he wants, but he’s NOT guaranteed a platform to disseminate what he says to a wide audience.

If he really believes the lies he propagates, let him stand on a street corner and shout them at traffic; that fulfills his constitutional rights.
