There are two phrases that have come into vogue lately:

“You’re on mute.”

“Can you see my screen?”

One bad effect about working from home is that I used to have to walk all the way to the other side of the building to go to a meeting. I’d get some exercise. Now I don’t have to get off my butt; I just have to click a couple of buttons.

On the other hand, the “meeting room” is now large enough to accommodate everyone.

If Santa did unmute, that kid’s ears would turn red.

If only there was a mute button for Trump’s and his DC Republican’s autocoup. “The Trump that stole Christmas” is going to be a chapter in history if this madness continues.

Little Tommy discovering it’s not a good sign when your letter to the North Pole begins, “Dear Santa, Let me explain. . . .”

The Angel Of Death will need noise-cancelling headphones when he comes for the arrogant anthropoid.

It’s okay to say “Merry Christmas” again. Who’d have suspected that would be followed by hysterical laughter.

Will people taking pictures of their kids wearing masks, while visiting a Santa who is behind plexiglass and also wearing a mask, consider them “good memories” some day? People do tend to “remember” the past as better than it actually was…

Maybe Santa is hinting the kid is taking up too much band width.
