Good home schooling is much more interactive than regular classrooms. It has to do with the size of the class, right? And if the kids are “in class” shouldn’t Dad be telecommuting already?

Good home schooling is an all day, every day proposition, though the academic portion may only be a few hours a day.

Steve you are a R. Isn’t hitting disbehaving children one of your “traditional family values”?

Home schooling is painful waste of time, at least in my own experience when as a second grader, while on a Military Transport Ship returning from Okinawa my father thought that this would be a good opportunity to make sure that I didn’t fall behind in spelling and arithmetic. A very painful hour each day for both of us for no apparent result.

Canada Enacts $2000 per Month Canadian .

21 hours ago – This taxable benefit would provide $2,000 a month for up to four months for workers who lose their income as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I would hope that all the right-wingnuts will appreciate teachers a bit more now. Parents are dealing with a few kids, maybe now they will see what their teachers have to deal with and understand that maybe, just maybe, it is the kids that are the issue. Sadly, I doubt it, teachers are great when they are shielding students from bullets, but if they ask for a bit more money they become “union thugs”.

Why is she bothering with a book? Is it a GOP-edited version of history book? All she needs to do is sit the kids in front of a TV with Fox News on. Or show them Breitbart on their computers. Or blast Limbaugh on the radio. Those have all that anyone needs to learn… /s
