Earl could use a magician who can saw a lady in half and then restore her.

At some time from age 30 to 40, we began losing muscle mass. If Earl has not been doing strength training, he’s a lot weaker than he was when he was a young man.

I remember when Kristy Alley was on Dancing with the Stars. One week she had fast dance and commented “when someone tells me to haul a$$, I have to make two trips”!

You might drag…nah, she probably wouldn’t enjoy it anymore.

He’s trying to figure out how to get the crane in the house.

I work out every day with free-weights and consider myself in pretty damn good shape for 74 years old BUT there is no way ( short of an emergency and my adrenaline pumping ) that I’m going to schlepp my short but substantial spouse into the boudoir without risking us both winding up in a heap on the floor and me with a serious back injury!

I occasionally offer, when my wife is tired, but she refuses to risk it.

the PROBLEM with getting old is that the thing you thought you were ONLY thinking – is the thing you say outloud – OH NO did I say that outloud??!!

Don’t let him go first… the second trip will be tomorrow.
