The was a man in the nearest city to my village that was arrested like 5 times for peering in strangers windows. First in the seventies and now he was doing it again last year with three more arrests. They called him the serial peeper and I don’t know if he ever went to jail over it, but I haven’t seen the headlines talking about him for a few months so maybe they finally did lock him up.
