Wally should have knocked him down and licked him like Dino did with Fred on “The Flintstones.”
Wally is the only one excited to see him come home, every time. And he takes him for granted. Folks always do until the dog isn’t there anymore. Sigh.
Dogs love you fat, thin, short, tall, beautiful or ugly. Mine acts like that whether I’ve been gone 10 minutes or 10 hours.
Dogs are great.
