Back in 1981, I took a job outside the country, and traveled back to Tampa, FL, 2 or 3 times a year (for 5 years). I got lost EVERY BLEEPING TIME!! They don’t need to do so much construction and destruction, and they certainly didn’t need to tear down the whole block with my favorite used book store (the owner just decided to retire )! And I’d even get lost leaving half the time!
Of course, now I live less than 30 miles from Tampa, haven’t been for about 5 years, and I’m scared to even think about the changes.
