Reagan proved a long time ago, if you are never planning to actually pay for it, you can spend money on anything you want and no one cares.

This is a terrible budget. Want proof? Pelosi & Schumer like it.

Why was it OK for the most anti-American democrart president obama to add over 7 trillion to the American debt and not one in Congress said a word. But it’s not good for our country if a REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT, who by the way, loves AMERICA and AMERICANS adds just over a trillion?

Seems to me we have another Russian troll in irishmist. The language is as tortured as the ideas put forth.

This isn’t a GOP or Donkey budget. It’s an Incumbent budget.

The shrinking Republican tribe is composed of many poorly educated elderly voices that may not be around for the 2020 election, freeloader libertarians who want freedoms without responsibilities, “Conservative” “Christians” who are neither but attract white supremacists, TEA party advocates who have no pragmatic solution to our listless economy other than austerity, neoconservatives who want to induce democracy by creating armed dissent in other countries, some paleo-conservatives, and the last few moderates. There are probably more divisions than that, but it’s obvious that they are not cohesive enough to govern intelligently for the long term and their only common bond is envy/hatred for what they envision Democrats to be without actually communicating with them.

By not having a common news source that presents both sides of issues, the partisan news sources spin the truth to gain larger audiences which only creates greater division. Caucuses in congress are now by party instead of by balanced geographic or by balanced issue proponents.

So, people come to this forum with an appreciation for only one side and are unkind to those with other views. Does it have to be like this?

Correction: The world’s last MALE Northern White Rhino has died. There are still a couple of females, and they have preserved sperm from Sudan (the late male) so there’s still a glimmer of hope.

What a surprise that Republicans are doing the same thing they always do – get nothing done, ram something through, help the rich, screw the poor, help the white Christians, hurt the immigrants and minorities, increase the debt, raise the deficit and blame everyone else. The Republicans can’t even pass a budget after stealing the Congress, White House and Supreme Court. What a bunch of losers – the RINOs might be the only sane ones left, the “real” Republicans are following Trump now.

I love the RINO label the far right has concocted. It shows how far over the edge Mikey and his ilk are that the majority of real Republicans can’t pass their purity test.

Ramirez is shocked, just shocked that Republicans would come up with a deficit busting budget. I mean, they’ve NEVER done this before, right?

The only difference now is that they don’t have ‘emergency’ military spending non-budget to hide it in — leaving it to a Democrat to, you know, triple the deficit.

Why do Trump Disciples have to lie about every issue?

In another shocking development, Trump decided not to veto the budget busting bill but is signing it ‘to take care of our military’. Incredibly great people.

The budget bill is so big because of … Democrats.

And Benghazi.

If the majority of your conservative movement and Republican party would be considered RINOs by the every shrinking minority, Mr. Ramirez, doesn’t that mean that you and your ever shrinking minority are, in fact, RINOs? The rest are, you know, Republicans and conservatives.
