The Applause returns!

REJOICE!!!!

I wandered on a prosthetic limb

That floats on high o’er Vales and Hills,

Which all at once had been purloined

By a scurvy cur with other ills;

Behind the running dog I shout,

“You bring it back, you thieving lout!”

No No Honey, that toy is not counted as a prosthetic of mine.

You know, wood does not grow on trees.

Upon further reflection, the ruling on the field stands. The prosthetic left arm is ruled out-of-bounds and the dog is penalized fifteen yards and loss of bone. The play challenge is not deducted from the One-Armed Man’s time-outs. But we note that a certain Dr. Richard Kimble wishes to to intervene with him….

Whew! I guess I was more worried than I wanted to admit, even to myself!

Judging by the speech impediment, I have to believe that the prosthesis is an artificial tongue. That would have to be a small dog, though.
