I guess if they are making that kind of money they have no right to protest against any injustices that affect their fellow humans.

Even though they’re making that much money, they still need to know their place, right Henry?

Because four legs good, two legs better.

They can be gunned down as easily as their fellow men.

Is Paine not able to comprehend that people could have motivations other than acquisition of wealth?

^Super, IMHO, most of the Right Wing have difficulty in understanding motivation that is not based on $$$. Why else, for instance, are they so convinced that we in science only do it for the $$$?

The “off the pigs” tattoo has raised two questions in my mind: (1) Do other cartoonists misrepresent right-wing positions the way Payne routinely misrepresents left-wing positions? And (2) Has our political discourse become merely whacking straw men?

They’re protesting the fact that even though they are gainfully employed at a high rate of pay they still might be the victims of police violence if they are black or brown. They are not advocating violence against the police they are protesting police violence against unarmed black people.

PAYNE then also thinks that the businesses and people making the most have no say in how much they are taxed?

DID2 has drank the spiked drinks of the conservatives.

In Pittsburgh last week, all the players from both teams knelt in unity BEFORE the Anthem, then all stood up when they started to sing the anthem.

They still got booed.

So much for all the arguments about it being about disrespecting the flag or the troops.

It’s been many a year since the National Anthem hasn’t been drowned out by the screaming of the “fans” after the word “Free”.

Anyone really think that Payne is trying to add something positive about the NFL players’ protests?
