Poncho: A fly! Must defend house against all intruders!

Poncho: Here. I drew one of those Family Circus dotted-line diagrams! It's totally cute!
I had a similar episode first thing this morning. When I hauled out the flyswatter, of course the fly magically disappeared. Later it appeared in the bathroom, so I grabbed a swatter, closed the door, knocked some magazines to the floor and finally whacked him below our full length mirror. I flushed him down the toilet and gave him a burial at sea.
Is this the present as the sudays usually are? is he still with chas, or clear me up please, I did not start looking at this strip till year one started.
Yeah, I this is present-day. It would work as a Year One strip, but there’s no reason to assume it is, since it’s a Sunday. Also, in Year One they live in an apartment, but in the present they live in a house with Carmen and nine cats.
Our dogs only snap at flies around their heads. The two cats, on the other hand, both go after them. Chazz’s results are minor compared to the aftermath of those two.
