We have scorpions where I live. Several years ago I saw on on the ceiling (12 ft). I couldn’t reach it with the vacuum hose so sat on the sofa for 3 hours watching it until my husband got home from the rodeo and could reach it with the hose. I didn’t want it to fall and one of the cats get it.
