Well, the gardens are at their best when you aren’t there.
Let’s face it… almost anyplace looks prettier without Burl or Joy.
I was going to say “without any Pennys,” but that would be unfair to Patty,
and to anybody else unfortunate enough to share the surname, even though happily unrelated to our perpetrators.
BTW, from what I’ve heard, the Biltmore house, with or without leaves on the trees, is breathtaking….
but since it’s “old,” and there’s no WalMart on the grounds, there’s nothing for Joy to see,
