That might free up your next hour or so, Doc…

Just walk through the waiting room with Burl in that gown,

and any patients sitting there will flee.

    Pssst… Rose….. I replied to you yesterday.

He needs to step into the other room so the nurse can rub sand in his eyes and stuff Ben-Gay up his nose. Only then will he be able to examine Burl.

Got to love the diagnosis on the Doctor’s clipboard chart: Chronic Hypochondria.

The Hypochondria makes sense. That doctor has had a Band-Aid on his head every time we see him. Either he has a very slow healing wound or Burl is in his office almost daily.

I predict a very aggressive prostate exam is in Burl’s future.

I prefer the gowns that cover both the front and back.

I have to be careful not to self-diagnose my problem.

My doctor uses a PSA test first. If it’s not in the normal range he’ll do a prostate exam.

The doctor needs to remove a constipation impaction by inserting his whole fist to get everything out. That might keep Burl from going to the doctor so often. I’m surprised Joy isn’t in the exam room with him.
