I have been following this closely. So far they have investigated the emails to death and basically found nothing illegal. A private server was quite legal at the time and others including Colin Powell did the same thing. The latest twist is 300 emails that are “under review because they might contain classified material” It appears they are not sure and these emails were sent to her by others and were not marked as classified. In other words, after many months of investigations and a lot of taxpayer time and money spent they still have nothing. It is clearly a political smear campaign running up to the election. I will predict it will drag on and on until the election and then be forgotten. They surely would have been delighted to find anything that was illegal and would not have hesitated to bring some kind of complaint or charge but so fare nada. It is too bad the conservative candidates can’t spend their time talking about the issues that are important to the country and middle class and proposing detailed intelligent plans to solve them. I guess that would be asking too much.
Actually, facts DO get in the way of partisan beliefs, on the Democratic side. That’s why Clinton no longer agrees with her husband’s criminal justice and welfare “reforms.” On the right, though, no amount of fact can ever change one single idea, from economics to climate change to taxation.
Why would she delete 30,000 emails from the server she used as Sec. of State during an investigation? Please answer Lefties.-———————Because just like Colin Powell since she’s no longer in office they are not needed and any important ones that were sent to .gov emails should be documented already.
For a Democrat, no amount of money spent investigating is a waste, even if it finds nothing. The point is the investigation, not the conviction. Since there are 300 emails that “might conceivably be classified”, that becomes “classified” to those with CDS.

Why is not any one asking about the private emails sent by and received by General Colin Powell when he was Secretary of State?
