The value of any poll is highly suspect but none more so than a poll of who feels they have been discriminated against. Not only do we have to deal with the normal inaccuracies of such data but here we have to deal with the perception of the individual. I think it is safe to say that any group of minorities sampled whether race, heritage, age, or even sex will have a majority feel that they are victims of discrimination. These polls serve only to increase tensions and promote even more people within the minority to feel mistreated. Our goal as a society should be to eliminate institutional discrimination and no more. Invariably attempts to legislate based on individual’s perceptions of discrimination leads to institutional reverse discrimination. Ironically this discrimination is not only tolerated but condoned and even expected as a right.
The mind set of these preaching about illegal ‘rights’ is unsettling and dangerous. Imagine trying to justify any crime you commit using this belief system. They must be genetically superior to any tax payer in the USA. Endowed with inalienable rights far above any citizen of our country by virtue of their language and country of origin,. This is the rascist hubris that allowed them to dispose of the mud people that opposed them when they stole the gold and young women. Their invasion seems to be the only Final Solution to all problems facing their failure to erect an orderly civilization.

Every few weeks or maybe once a month a young girl who visits next door is in a great amount of pain…………….. She screams and yells, and speaks very angrily in a different language, however no one seems to care……… She is locked in a car in the driveway.
She is definitely discriminated against by those in that home……………….
And I do feel her pain and wish someone or something could be done to help her.
HOWEVER, no one will suffer this type of terror again, BECAUSE the machines used to cut NO LONGER exist!!!!

Bruce- stopped a guy once who was telling his wife in German that he’d just pretend again he didn’t speak English, and get out of another ticket. When I asked him, in German, for his passport- his wife laughed hysterically, and he realized he’d assumed too much. He was stopped because he was speeding, there was no way I could tell he was German until he spoke. The Arizona law, as originally written, mandated officers stop anyone with “reasonable suspicion” of being illegal immigrants. THAT was the REASON for the stop, NOT a subsequent evaluation resulting from the stop for an observed illegal act, and THAT is what made the law unconstitutional.
You tell me what, other than race, can begin to indicate nationality by observation, and even that is meaningless. An “African-American” friend emigrated from South Africa to the U.S. he is caucasian- so even our assumptions based on race are meaningless.

Excuse me? Exactly how does a US citizen feel Discriminated against by keeping illegal and criminal activiy out? So far the only people stopped at the Border are ILLEGAL. What makes that Discrimiination? The Jack bleeep that was shot the other day was committing at least 2 felonies in order to get shot. They have no respect for our LAWS and then scream when they get detained or worse. We do not throw rocks at the COPS and expect to not get shot! Illegally entering the US is a crime. Assualting an officer of the LAW is a Felony! Resisting arrest after the felony is another felony! Where’s the discrimination? I only see crimes committed by a would be felon who wishes to enter the country to committ more crimes as far as could be discerned by his lack of respect for the law in the first place. Get off the whining track it;s getting old and abused. Stop ILLEGAL alien crime and invasions now! LALO if you are a Citizen of the US you should respect the law and stop inciting riots. That’s a felony too you know!! Respect the law it’s our law it’s here to protect you from getting stoned in the street too you know!! You should be ashamed of yourself for not telling your latino peoples to throw rocks at their own armed forces and police and see how far that gets them. I mean why do they need to come here if it’s so great in Mexico? Reform Mexico don’t expect us to wipe your nose.
