From what I can see, Essex already knows how to post pictures in general…. so Bev, you’re answering a more complicated question… good information, but in this case, I think it’s mostly unnecessary.
Ess…. correct me if I’m wrong…. but it seems like you’re merely asking how to get the URL of a strip image rather than linking to the page…then you can post it the same way you do other images.
If that’s it…. Just go to the strip you want, and right-click the image.
In Firefox (the best browser) click “copy image location” in Chrome that would be “Copy image URL”.
In IE select “properties”….A small window opens. The URL may seem illegible, but just right click in it and choose “select all” and then “Copy”
Any of those ways, you’ve captured the URL, so just paste it into your normal image posting code….
such as<img src="URL" width="350">
(I usually don’t need to specify a width for Ballard St images cos they’re 350 pixels anyway.)
