Identical twins are always the same gender. These would be fraternal twins.

Perhaps they’re both hermaphrodites and they’ve decided to identify each as boy or girl based on their most annoying habits as infants… Thus, the “poker” is the girl, and the “snorer” is the boy.

Nah, the simpler explaination is that Mr. Wise and Aldrich didn’t do enough research and screwed up! lol

Ideally this should have run last week, for Twelfth Night.

If they both sprang from a single XX egg, but at the first fission the 23rd chromosome misreplicated from an X into a Y, then ensuing replications might have resulted in twins with identical genetic structure except for their gender.

Ahhhh, all babies look like Winston Churchill anyway…

That was the “joke” I would always make with my patients who had twins. I would ask if they were identical twins and got back either a don’t be an idiot look or it is not as funny as you think it is.

Fritzoid: I think they all look like Eisenhower. Were Churchill and Ike twins (seperated at birth)?

Personally, I came out looking more like Stalin.

    (SIGH)

I first shaved when I started kindergarten, and my mustache never grew back as marvelously bushy again…
