U.S. Foreign Policy made E-Z: Congolese revolutionaries under Laurent Kabila are accused of massacring hutu refugees from Rwanda. (MAn: It was a war! People die in wars all the time!) After taking power, Kabila bans all political opposition parties and refuses to call democratic elections. (Man: Look, they're still cleaning up Mobutu's nonsense.... they'll get around to Democracy eventually!) After the dust clears, it turns out that Kabila is a puppet for angola, Rwanda and the C.I.A. (Man: Everyone needs friends, right? Just because he's not really Congo. Lese doesn't men he shouldn't run the country!) Kabila bans miniskirts. (Man: This is an outrage! An affront to anyone who values freedom! We should invade!
