Sea otters lack blubber to insulate themselves, so they must eat up to a quarter of their body weight every day to generate enough heat to keep warm! Until 1870, British punishment for men committing high treason was hanging, drawing and quartering. They would be dragged by horse to the place of execution, where they would be hanged briefly before being cut to pieces! A professor at Sweden's Umea University had his laptop stolen in October 2010- the thief eventually returned all of its contents on a USB memory stick- but kept the computer!
