My dog just gave off an explosion that was disgusting. I think it’s due to her kidney diet food. Whew! I think I would jump too if a car I was looking at did what my dog just did!
I just finished that book with the virus in it – I think I told you about it? It was written in 2015. There were some parallels, but the book was mostly about the frenzy to keep people safe. Then it just sort of burned itself out. If only. I just found out that several of my close neighbors have covid. Again.
I just realized something. Once we finally stop going to school and having to pass tests, it’s not all that long (I was in college, off and on for a very long time, by my choice) afterwards that we start having medical tests that we also hope we pass. I have an early test tomorrow morning. I have had it before. It’s not painful, but it can cause some serious nausea for a few minutes. Four times they do that, unless there is new torture to go with it. I don’t like to do much very early in the morning, so I am not looking forward to the drive in rush traffic. I am no longer used to that.
That sounds pretty! I could use something like that. Generally, if it’s on the warmer side I just wear a hoodie and get a bit wet. I do have a raincoat, but the hood is really big and often ends up covering my eyes, too.
We still get some real thunderstorms here. Recently I sat near a large window in my home while we were being advised to head for cover due to tornado risk. The building I used to work in was lightly hit by a tornado, and I was still at my desk. One of these days I may regret ignoring a warning.
