Shelia Jackson Lee had 20,000 dead folks vote for her in the primary when she beat Craig Washington for the 18th Congressional district seat.In 2009 there were still 1000 or so dead voters in her district that had voted in person and absentee for 8-10 years after they died.This is the only place where I have seen the dems put up campaign signs at predominantly black cemeteries off of Cullen Blvd.
