Nonsense. Liz is 10. He never really hurt Liz. Yes, they bicker, boink, yell, insult. etc. All those chaotic lines around them are just for effect. They never actually hit each other. The chaotic lines symbolize the bickering which could be a number of things I just listed. It did not symbolize physical fighting – that’s your interpretation. As far as I remember, I never saw Mike actually hit Liz with his fist. Yes, he dropped stuff or throw things – they were truncated without ever hitting Liz. Again, just for comedic effect. Now I’d trust him with April. Elly probably had him change April so he’d learn what it is all about. When he babysat Leah, April did not exist so changing diaper of an infant he barely knew is kind of gross so I don’t blame Mike for calling mom. I would not change diapers of babies I barely know therefore I never offer to babysit any children unless they are potty trained. I only diapering for my own sons and grandchildren – my younger grandkid is 15 months and still in diapers.
