    The cats left because of the sudden movement. When I sweep, they don’t move unless I actually keep swatting at them & then just leisurely move out of range.

    I think Chazz and Carmen can sell the vacuum now that Poncho is available for sweeping the floors.

    Totally depends on the cat. I’ve got a several cats who take one look at a broom or vacuum and run like demons are after them, one who acts like it is a major inconvenience have to move out of the way, one who guards her toys and swats at the vacuum or broom, and another one that thinks the broom is a chew toy (completely infatuated with the bristles for some reason).
