The judge should take into account his presidency and add another hundred years onto the sentence.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the MAGA SCOTUS justices gives the mob boss a “Go and Sin No More!” slappy-wristy pass as they solemnly pinky-swear that (anoint, anoint), henceforth, acts of treason, sedition, coup attempts, murder, bribery, corruption, and various “Meat and Potatoes” crimes committed by the President is a no-no, as judged in a political trial by a “jury” of his crime-family cronies.

Sort of like when the Duma impeaches Putin.

(hysterical spit-takes and hilarity breaks out)

Trump is transactional, wonder what’s on the NDA that Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett signed?….

Dems know which way this decision will go. If it was against Trump then could we expect Obama to be arrested for killing an American with a drone strike?

According to the MAGA SCOTUS and their originalist interpretation of the Constitution, the founders were waiting for King Orange Jesus.

Truly amazing and disgusting that several RW SC judges are actually trying to parse Insurrectionist45’s acts while president.

The tRumpkin SCOTUS picks are exactly what we thought they would be: political hacks. Unfortunately, the future of America hangs in the balance. Wake up, America, please!

Little do his followers understand that with someone like trump one can easily be scratched off the list of trump allies to the list of those deserving retribution and revenge. Note how quickly he has ‘forgotten’ those who, once upon a time, kissed his ring.

The Trump appointees on the Court are deliberately slowing down this issue to aid Trump. How long did it take for them to decide Trump’s eligibility to be on state’s ballots?

Actually, they are trying to argue that only Traitor Trump should get full immunity having been president. Something that would have never happened without the undemocratic electoral college that can be manipulated to steal votes from the majority. The only answer to that is getting more people to stop thinking their vote doesn’t matter. The only vote that doesn’t matter is the one that’s not cast.

No governor has immunity, no vice president does, and the founders (who were neither imbeciles nor lunatics) couldn’t possibly have wanted immunity for a president. The injustices should have laughed Traitor Trump’s request for immunity out of court.

In a bad way, we established a precedent by letting Richard Nixon resign, with full benefits, and an all-purpose pardon to boot. It is coming back to bite us!

Just curious: would a pardon issued by a criminally-convicted FPOTUS be valid if the recipient is an indicted or convicted co-conspirator for the same crime?

If the dictatorship is set up next year it will not be for a day. It might go on for 100 years.

So we have a past president who was married three times and cheated on all three wives. That’s the future president of choice for half of Americans. And half of Americans like the idea of having a dictator in charge. We deserve him.
