The sheet ghosts are supposed to be wearing is their burial shroud. The idea is they manifest in what their corporeal bodies are wearing now, not what they died wearing. So your ghost can have that 3-piece suit — just get buried in it.

Let’s hope this situation leads Ellen to awaken a new kink. He probably already has one.
