It is funny but I felt bad that I didn’t notice when my infant daughter had stopped throwing food after asking her not to for ages. I missed the opportunity to praise her because of my dulled brain. I am healing now but I missed out on so much. My therapist suggested gentle reminders and demonstrating, for instance if she needs to stay on the sidewalk you gently put her back where she’s safe and tell her to stay on the sidewalk.
