This is Justice in the state of New York: Trump’s state (sort of anyway). Biden had very little to do with any of Trump’s legal trouble. But don’t expect Varvel to tell the truth… or even get close.

This is not justice. Who ever heard of a $455 Million fine for anything? This is cruel and unusual punishment: 8th Amendment. The Dems will do anything to bankrupt Trump and take him out as a presidential candidate. And they have erected more phony charges he must hurdle. Is this democracy? Not hardly, it is fascism. Corrupt judges and unethical corrupt prosecutors who twist the law.. To he££ with our constitutional rights; anything to get Trump. Ask yourself, why is the left so anxious to take him out, label him Hitler and all kinds of slurs? Keep him off the ballot, tie him up in court on bogus charges, and bankrupt him? What do they fear? Loss of their power and exposure of the efforts to destroy our democracy. They know that their dream of a socialist America is at risk and will do anything legal or illegal to make it happen. The American people are coming to put down you sick puppies. If we have a free and fair election you will be outta there and discredited. The polls are all against you and your pathetic Dem candidate. Drain the swamp and make America great again.

So, Gary, you’re idea of justice is to let a criminal like the Orange Traitor Trump get away with committing crimes for decades instead? This was not a victimless crime. Tax money denied by the wealthy has to be made up by those that earn their money and by cutting necessary programs, because of the shortcomings caused by fraud committed by the wealthy. It’s about time some in the legal system stood up to these wealthy bullies.

Funny how when it’s a poor person, particularly a poor black person that commits a robbery that gains them a few bucks, the wealthy are all about, “Do the crime. Do the time.” But when the wealthy rip off the State and or Federal government / taxpayers to the tune of millions, they don’t think they should have to go to jail or be held responsible in any way. Sorry Traitor Trump, you did the crime, if you can’t afford the fine, you can just go ahead and do the time.

A leftist in robes and a DA who ran for office with the promise to get Trump. Justice, or lack thereof, New York style.

I remember the good old days when Dirty Harry Reid lied on the senate floor about Romney not paying his taxes for 10 years. He had no regrets about the lie, as Romney lost.

Those were the days when leftists were playing patty cakes to wipe out their opponent. They have stepped up their game significantly since then.

Trump committed fraud when he lied about his property to banks and to the IRS. The fines are in line with the amount of money involved. Why do some think he alone should not be held accountable for the crimes he commits? Any of us would have the same problem if we committed these crimes.

Trump got where he was by presenting himself as a highly successful real estate mogul. His first bestseller “The Art of the Deal” was ghostwritten, but we didn’t know that until years later. He has had goo gobs of businesses that went under (Trump Steaks, Trump Scotch, Trump Casinos, etc.) and his reality show “The Apprentice” ultimately had to have C-list celebrities as contestants. Even when he ran for President in 2016, he lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton but won the electoral vote. So now, it looks like Trump will either have to sell off his NY properties (like Trump Tower) or pay the fines he had incurred. As for his other charges, it looks like the GA Voter Fraud case will begin later in the year (late summer, early fall maybe?). Which could be a good thing, since the public has really short memories and a guilty verdict would be less likely to boil over before the election. But the general point I’m making is that we are finally seeing after all these years is that Emperor Trump has no clothes and his oversized ego, one way or another, is headed for a fall.

Can anyone explain how it is constitutional to require a defendant to pay such a huge fine in order to get an appeal on a judgment? That’s like having someone convicted of murder serve a life sentence before they can appeal.

Mr. Trump has committed fraud by inflating the price of his properties to secure loans and devaluing them to avoid taxes. This is borne out by the fact that he can’t secure a bond by putting up properties as collateral. In fact the whole episode exposes him as a fraud. He isn’t as rich as he says, he doesn’t own what he claims and he isn’t the successful businessman he says he is.

One of these layabouts wears his political bias on his sleeves, the other won her office by campaigning on “I’ll get Trump” and “Too pale, too male, and too frail”. Thereby squeezing more bigotry into a single sentence than anyone ever. Neither one of them wins, nor has any future in their offices.

What happens next is that Trump wins on appeal and gets at least some of his money back, Alvin Bragg’s trial is delayed because he withheld thousands of pages of exculpatory evidence, and the Fani Willis trial goes nowhere because she no longer has credibility with anybody about anything.

Trump takes office on January 20 and closes the border. After that, the healing begins.

Once again, the New York law, in place since the 1950’s, punishes potential distortions in credit markets created when “dishonest” borrowers inflate property values to obtain larger loans or more favorable borrowing terms, increasing the cost of credit for the “honest” borrower, or drying up the market available to “honest” borrowers. We may debate the wisdom of the law, but it is inconceivable that Donnie didn’t know about it or understand the potential consequences. Staying within the law is not his thing. He’s not fit for public office.

Ahahah…The appellate court just reduced President Trump’s bond to $175 million and extend the pay deadline by ten days. This will be the fifth time that partisan, hack judge Engoron has been overruled setting a record. Here’s the question, when the entire case is overruled will NYC have pay interest on that $175 million? Tish made a big thing and posted every day the interest accruing on the unpaid amount of The original $454 million bond. How much money has this bogus trial already cost NY?

har-de-har-har New York’s appeals court knocked the bond down to 175 million and gave Trump 10 more days to come up with the money. In appeal the legal experts say this will be thrown out of court. Judge Engoron is the most overthrown Judge in the State of New York.
