I’m planning to “retire” in July. I think I will take about a week to do pretty much nothing, veg out, couch potato binge watch stuff, read — and then I hope to get busier than ever, doing things I really want to do.

AMEN! Drinking coffee inside while it snows, smiling at traffic reports, picking up a book & reading it, that’s now.

I don’t always notice but the draftmanship (if that’s the right word) of this strip is impressive. Facial expressions in the third panel are very nice, but Joe’s perfectly rendered squat in the first panel is even better.
