If intent to brawl is a charge, throw Andy away for life!

Sadly, this is the kind of legislation that our rogue Canadian government is attempting to push through. The Online Harms Act, or Bill C-63 increases the potential penalties from five years to life imprisonment on those who post views deemed supportive of genocide. It also increases the penalty for the willful promotion of hatred (a dangerously ill-defined crime) from two years to five years.

Worst officer ever.

And with that, Andy’s smile was wiped clean off his face!

Almost the same as “conspiracy,” which is what a lot of people get convicted of in the USA.

Where’s this tent that Andy’s going to brawl in, anyways?

In panel two Andy smiles…in panel three he doesn’t. Good work!

He could have arrested Andy for highway mopery, flagrant assholier conduct, and gross impersonation of a human being.

(btw … highway mopery is an actual a law)

With Andy the act of brawling his presumed, preventive arrests should be allowed. Of course with that thought, you can post an official outside his house and arrest him when he walks out the door.

I’d be sore tempted to bring Andy in for no particular reason at all!!
