Where I live we get 11, except around schools! I have had a 70 in a 55 overlooked

One time I was four miles tall.

Jon might not be ready for that life, maybe start with 1 or 2 miles above the speed limit

Will Jon Arbuckle start driving unbuckled?

I prefer the Friday strips of Garfield’s dates with Arlene to those of Jon’s dates with Liz. Of course, we had a long wait for Jon and Liz to start dating regularly.

Dunno… seems like Jon could come up with a lot more exciting things to do with Liz (ohhhh those lips!) but…. nahhhh…. it is Jon, after all.

A State Police Officer friend of mine told me on a 70 mph road they will give you nine, if you go over that they will pull you over, I sometimes get the pull behind and they sound the siren, they don’t turn on the lights, they just want you to slow down, and guess what, it works, I slow down.

Don’t do it John. First it starts with 3 mph. Then 5. then 10. the next thing you know, You’re weaving in an out of traffic showing everyone your tall finger.

I had a beat up old Camaro for a while when I was 20-something. I got it up to 89 mph once (on the thruway, no other cars in sight). That’s the fastest I’ve ever driven.

Better alert the police, folks!

I’m pretty safe there. Even when driving 3 miles over the limit, I’m really only driving 1 mile over, at least according to radar and gps tracking.

Next item on the list: “Get a ticket from a police officer”

Does that mean three miles per hour over the speed limit, or driving a distance of three miles while exceeding the speed limit the whole way?

What next, drink takeaway coffee…without the lid? dun-dun-dun

Jon, if you did that, you could get much worse than a speeding ticket.

And in breaking news, Jon Arbuckle died in a fiery crash when he took to the highway today and was only driving 3 mile over the speed limit. Witnesses say that a vehicle with Florida plates slammed into the rear of the car Arbuckle was driving with such force that the gas tank exploded. It was rumored that the driver of the Florida vehicle was texting at the time while traveling at an estimate speed of 85-90 miles per hour. Arbuckle leaves behind Liz, his girlfriend, a veterinarian, his cat Garfield and his dog Odie.

Liz is mad because she is not on his list.

He’s trying to be like the Little Old Lady from Pasedena.

Liz doesn’t smile a lot, does she.

One of my favorite things about Jon is how low his bar for excitement is.

He is waiting for his racing pajamas fire suit and helmet order from Amazon.

I’m sure that one time jasonsnakelover went 4 miles over … Juss sayin’!

Here in the Chicago area for about the past 20 years the traffic laws have been very lightly enforced. When I’m driving in the slow lane (usually I am the slowest) if I’m not going at least 10 MPH over the limit I’m likely to be tailgated. Twice I’ve been tailgated by semi-trucks; once of those times the truck tractor and trailer pulled to my right and passed me on the shoulder.

DON’T DO IT, JON. You know it’s beyond your skill level.

My wife gets upset if I drive any amount over the speed limit. But in 44 years of keeping it less than 10 mph over I’ve never gotten a ticket.
