Classifying Santos as a “serial fabulist” (I guess) makes him “different” than a pathological liar, but the actual difference is meaningful only to a semanticist.

House republicans need his vote, and, truth be told see little difference between him and themselves, especially since the “Archetype” is vying for a position as president of their party.
